THE SIMPLICITY
The material is loaded manually into the vessel of Screed Pump (Grouting Machine). The material is mixed by a mixing shaft which is built into the vessel. After the material have been thoroughly mixed, the lid of the vessel is closed by an eccentric lever and further secured by the closing of the release valve. By opening main valve, pressurised air is introduced into the vessel via the vessel valve which the forces the material out from the vessel. Simultaneously via the injection valve and air stream at the exit of the vessel creates in the conveying hose an air cushion which forces the material in a pressurised flow via the conveying hose to the place of work

THE SIMPLICITY
Electric series is amongst the most economical grouting machine in the market. It is suitable to those building contractors who already possessed of air compressor. It merges the studies of the components to the typical simplicity and versatility of the machines. This is a mixing and conveying unit for dry material or for mixtures such as screed, sand and conglomerates of any type up to maximum size aggregate of 20mm. It requires the addition of an air compressor with an output of 2.800 l/min at 7 bar.
